These terms cover optional text updates from Christopher Vaughn (Christopher Vaughn Insurance) in Columbus, Ohio. I am an independent agent working with American Income Life members. This is not a full insurance contract.

The program

If you opt in, Christopher Vaughn may send recurring texts about a quote or policy we are working on: reminders, follow-ups, and answers. This is not an emergency line.

Opt in

You opt in on the Contact page by entering your number and checking the consent box (it is not pre-checked), or by saying yes after the same details during a quote or policy conversation. We do not add people from unsolicited texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan controls those charges.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP for help, or call (614) 980-9166. Reply STOP to cancel. You may also use START to opt back in after a STOP if the program still supports it.

Privacy

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must own the mobile number and be able to consent to SMS. Insurance is offered only in states where I am licensed: Ohio, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
