These terms cover the text program operated by Christopher Vaughn, a sole proprietor doing business as Christopher Vaughn Insurance, based in Columbus, Ohio, serving clients in the United States. They are not legal advice and are not a full insurance contract.

The program

If you opt in, Christopher Vaughn Insurance may send recurring SMS to your mobile number about an insurance quote you requested or a policy you already discussed: reminders, follow-ups, and answers. This is not an emergency service and not a purchased-list marketing blast.

Messages are sent from (614) 363-2893.

Opt in

You opt in on the Contact page by entering your number and checking the consent box (it is not pre-checked), or by giving your mobile number after the same disclosures during a quote or policy conversation. We do not add people from unsolicited texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan controls those charges.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP for help, or call (614) 980-9166. Reply STOP to cancel. You may also use START to opt back in after a STOP if the program still supports it.

Privacy

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be the owner of the mobile number and able to consent to SMS in the United States.
